The founders, Dr.'s Groteke & Stafford, created MUA of Tampa Bay to connect certified MUA doctors with knowledgeable outpatient surgical center facilities and staff that understand the facets of MUA, so that the procedure can be performed in an efficacious and safe manner.
Our doctors must be credentialed into our network for the purpose of quality assurance. Our network uses MSDR® to track patient progress and report their findings back to them, so the patients understand how they are doing and where they are going within their care plans at all times. Patient understanding and communication are essential components of their recovery.
MUA is offered in select areas all over the United States, but the information available on the procedure is difficult to come by, leading to a common misunderstandings regarding the procedure. MUA of Tampa Bay shall serve as an informational hub for MUA related topics as it is our goal to educate the residents of Tampa Bay that are suffering from chronic pain on this non-surgical treatment so they are afforded the chance to improve quality of life (if indicated).
